Done another year.

We are done another year of school.  There was an awards day on Thursday for gr 1-6.

 Then they give each kid a certificate with a character trait that the teacher picks out for them.

 Next they had out the Scripture Mastery awards.  Scripture Mastery is when they can say all their verses with no mistakes for single verses for a passage they are allowed like 1, and they have to do it in a 2 week period. Taylor getting her trophy

And there you have it we now have a gr 6, 4, 2, 1 and kindergartener.

We are just waiting on some character studies and all out language stuff to arrive in the mail.  Our language should be here next week and I am excited to peek at it.  Shaun is really excited and so am I.  I was able to get a neat cabinet that is ours for homeschool.  We just need the summer to pass.

This coming week we start our camp season.  Keisha is up first on the 3rd.

4H Banquet, Apparently A Good Night for Awards.

Today is the 4H Banquet.

Another Graduate

Well today was the preschool graduation.  So here are some pictures

 A super cutie dressed up for the occasion.  At this point it is a good thing that Merry got married this year, we are really using the clothes

Another Quilt

 The grade 1 teacher at the school is retiring this year and as a thank you we decided that I would make a quilt when the teachers retired.  So this is the quilt that I made.

This is more accurate on the colors and shows a close up on the quilting.

More Grad Pictures

Mrs Abel has the kids each write a letter to their parents, and then calls them up and reads the letter so this was our time with Shaun. 

Today, Elyssa and Keisha decided to wear their dresses from the wedding to school.  See Auntie Merry rain boots would have been just as cool as our shiny shoes that you bought us.

June So Far

Jayden and myself went to the zoo with Shaun's kindergarten class.  Here is a picture with the elephant statue.
