The First Day of..

Preschool for Jay.  He was super excited and is a little upset that he can not go again tomorrow.  Here are pictures. He is very happy to have a backpack and a lunch kit

On a side note Taylor was in a sewing club last year.  She ended up missing the last class where they got to work some more on their rag quilt.  So we are now trying to get her to finish it up.  We are getting close.  We have just laid it out now to finish sewing it together.

Review of Shaun's first day

Apparently Shaun had a really good day.  He got a little fidgety by the end of the day.  I asked him what his favorite part of the day was and he looked at me and said 'lunch'

Shaun's First Day

Today was Shaun's first day of kindergarten.  He has been really worried about it over the last few days.  Today he woke up a little happier and was a little excited about going.

 We were told that there were coal mines down in the coulee so we went down and all it was was signs to mark where the entrances to the mines might have been

So we had a great weekend and did lots of exploring, and I only had to make one meal and it was just sandwiches and a salad.

 This was another play thing for the kids.  It was close to a sight so they could only use is when the truck was gone or else it would hit the truck
