I did a trip up to Walmart this morning with all the kids. We walked through the door and the greeter figured that I needed another cart. But he was not willing to push it for me. I realized that once again I had forgotten to check who had rain boots that fit and who did not. I figured that I would do it today and get them on my next trip. We came out of Walmart and it was beautiful out. I love chinook's! I think that the van read that it was 7 degrees. We came home and it was so nice that the boys wanted to go outside. Who would say no to that? After sorting through what rain boots I had, the girls were good and the boys could make due with what we had for a few days. Elyssa, Keisha and Shaun were all jumping or should I say slipping on the trampoline because there was still a little bit of snow on the trampoline. Jay was playing in the snow with a truck.
I then hear a knock on the door, it was Elyssa and Keisha
They are covered in mud. And not just mud but loam. Here they are without their coats on. Keisha's pants are light pink can you tell.
There is one spot in the yard that when the neighbors built there house that the grass got torn up and is loam. The boys were having fun with their trucks in the mud too. That means laundry and lots of it. I have learned that if loam sits on clothes and dries it will not come out no matter what you do.
The boys continued to play outside
Love the trucks!
Maybe a tad muddy
Shaun was not very happy that I wanted to take his picture. He was really cold when he finally decided to come in. But nothing a war bath would not fix. Overall a fun day with only 2 loads of laundry to clean all the gear.
